- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have filed not one, but two claims with MKI over the past year. One was in regard to a home insurance issue regarding a leaking pipe that did significant damage to my bathroom. The other was in regard to a car accident I experienced due to an irresponsible drunk driver. In both instances, MKI - and particularly Joseph Kosinski - was right on the case to get my claim filed and start the wheels in motion. In both instances, my claims were successful and I was made whole financially. You will not get the personalized touch and attention to detail with a national carrier directly as you will with this agency. I know that I can call MKI with any questions and have the matter handled kindly and professionally, and explained in lay terms instead of confusing insurance jargon.
